All surgery consultations are by appointment. These can either be made by telephone or in person at reception during surgery hours. The receptionists may ask for brief details of your condition so that they can direct you to the most appropriate member of our healthcare professionals.
You may see any Doctor in the practice, but are encouraged to see the same Doctor for a particular condition in order to achieve continuity of care.
We offer same day appointments but ask patients to call the surgery before 10.00 am. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, you may be asked to re-book your appointment. We offer a limited number of pre-booked appointments, i.e. antenatal or follow-up appointment at the Doctors request.
An appointment is for one person only. If another member of you family needs to be seen or discussed, more time will be required and a separate appointment should be made. We recommend every patient has their blood pressure checked every three years.
