Complaints policy

If you have any difficulties using the services of the practice, or have any suggestions on how we can improve services, please put these in writing to the Practice Manager.

In accordance with NHS Guidelines, we have an in-house complaints procedure – a leaflet on our complaints procedure is displayed in reception. If problems arise, we would encourage you to discuss them initially with the Practice Manager either by telephone or in person.

Please treat our staff with the same courtesy and respect that you would expect to receive from them. Patients who are violent, abusive or threatening towards staff and other patients will be removed from our list immediately.
